Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Talent:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Interview Scheduling:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Communicate with candidates to arrange interview timings and provide necessary information.
- Pre-Joining Documentation:
- Manage the collection and verification of pre-joining documents.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor relationships, particularly for background verification (BGV) and medical process requirements.
- Ensure vendors meet agreed-upon service levels and compliance standards.
- Candidate Engagement until Joining:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates from the offer stage until their joining date.
- Address any concerns or queries candidates may have during this period to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and other related tools.
